Green Power Hemp Smoothie Recipe

This nutritious treat is sure to make your coworkers green with envy. This tasty smoothie is the perfect hemp-powered start to your day.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 handful of your favourite leafy greens (spinach or kale are great)!
½ cup of your favourite berries
1 heaped tablespoon of 13 Seeds Super Greens Protein Powder
Add Water/Apple juice until you achieve your ideal thickness
Method:
1. Start with a ripe banana and a big handful of your favourite leafy greens, like spinach or kale.
2. Add 1⁄2 cup of your favourite berries and a heaping tablespoon of our signature 13 Seeds Super Greens Protein Powder.
3. Finally, add water or apple juice to achieve your ideal thickness and simply blend everything up!
