Ingredients:

• 1 pavlova base (store-bought or homemade)

• 300ml thickened cream

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tbsp hemp seed oil

• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

• 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

• Optional: crushed pistachios or mint leaves

Method:

1. Whip cream with vanilla until soft peaks form.

2. Mix hemp seed oil and honey/maple separately.

3. Spread whipped cream over pavlova base.

4. Top with berries and drizzle with the hemp oil mixture.

5. Finish with crushed pistachios or mint leaves. Serve immediately.
