Recipe 

• 6 cups Rocket and baby spinach 
• 1 Fennel Bulb Finely Shaved
• 2 Oranges Segmented
• 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
• 1 cup Activated Walnuts

Hemp and Orange Dressing

• 1/4 Cup @13 Seeds Hemp Seed Oil
• 1/4 Cup OIive Oil
• 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
• 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
• 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• A pinch of Black Pepper

Method

Select a nice large platter and place a small bowl in the middle for the dressing.

Place all the dressing ingredients in a small jar and whisk together. 

Pour into the small bowl in the middle of the platter.

Arrange the salad leaves around the edges of the platter. 

Scatter the rest of the ingredients on top.
