Chocolate Hemp Smoothie

This rich, delicious smoothie starts with a yogurt, milk, and banana base for a full-bodied and creamy texture. It then pumps up the flavour with ginger, turmeric, vanilla essence, and our signature Help Drinking Chocolate along with a generous squeeze of our Hemp Honey. Finally, our Hemp Protein Powder packs in the nutrition for a satisfying breakfast or after-work treat. You’ll never believe you’re drinking a healthy protein boost when tasting this rich chocolatey blend!


¼ cup yoghurt or kefir
½ cup milk (dairy, coconut or almond)
½ cup water
1 banana
½ teaspoon freshly grated or ground ginger
2 teaspoons 13 Seeds Hemp Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon 13 Seeds Hemp Protein Powder
1 tablespoon 13 Seeds Hemp Drinking Chocolate
2 teaspoons ground turmeric (optional)
ice as required



1. Add all ingredients to an electric blender.

2. Blend until you reach desired thickness.

3. Add milk to reduce thickness if necessary.

4. Enjoy!
