Hemp-Tastic Spring Stir Fry
This stir fry brings the flavours of spring and a little extra power from hemp’s omegas! Light, fresh, and just the right amount of crunch.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
- 2 cups mixed veggies (carrot, capsicum, broccoli)
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- In a wok, heat hemp seed oil over medium-high heat.
- Add veggies, snow peas, and garlic; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until just tender.
- Drizzle soy sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and toss well before serving.
