Hemp-Tastic Spring Stir Fry

This stir fry brings the flavours of spring and a little extra power from hemp’s omegas! Light, fresh, and just the right amount of crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 2 cups mixed veggies (carrot, capsicum, broccoli)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a wok, heat hemp seed oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add veggies, snow peas, and garlic; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until just tender.
  3. Drizzle soy sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and toss well before serving.
