Warm Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with Hemp Seed Oil

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons 13 Seeds hemp seed oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or raisins
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the almond milk to a gentle boil.
- Add the rolled oats, diced apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are tender and the mixture has thickened.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and maple syrup (if using).
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly.
- Stir in the hemp seed oil until well combined.
- Divide the oatmeal into bowls and top with chopped walnuts or pecans and dried cranberries or raisins.
