Turmeric spiced grilled chicken skewers

Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp hemp seed oil
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh coriander, chopped (for garnish)
- Wooden or metal skewers

Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix together hemp seed oil, turmeric powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine into a smooth marinade.
