Turmeric & Hemp Seed Bliss Balls
Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp hemp seed oil

1 tbsp tahini
-
2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of black pepper

Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds for extra texture
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.

If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water or a bit more tahini.

Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
