Turmeric & Hemp Seed Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds for extra texture

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.

  2. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water or a bit more tahini.

  3. Roll into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).

  4. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
