Turmeric Hemp Winter Tonic
Ingredients:

1 cup warm almond milk (or water)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp hemp seed oil

Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:

In a small pot, warm your milk gently (do not boil).

Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.

Stir in hemp seed oil and sweetener of choice.

Pour into a mug and sip slowly.
Tip: Add fresh grated ginger for extra immune support!
