Hemp & Herb Spring Salad
Fresh, green, and packed with omega power from hemp seed oil to make you feel like a spring chicken!
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
- 2 cups mixed salad greens (rocket, spinach, cos)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 1 small handful fresh basil and parsley
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, toss greens, cucumber, avocado, herbs, and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with hemp seed oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss, serve, and let that green goodness power you up!
