Turmeric and Ginger Hot Cocoa
Treat yourself and your loved ones with a sweet, nutrient rich drink.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 capsules of TheraJoint+ (emptied)
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the almond milk, cocoa powder, turmeric powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, maple syrup, and black pepper.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy this warming and health-boosting hot cocoa.
