Where does hemp oil come from?

How can I use it?
Hemp oil can be used orally and also used topically. Try a teaspoon a day to notice health benefits, use as a cold oil for salad dressings or to add to smoothies, or use topically as a gentle make-up remover.

Combine 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon 13 Seeds Hemp Oil, 1 tablespoon 13 Seeds Hemp Honey, 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
2 carrots, grated ½ cup red capsicum, sliced into fine strips ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon 13 Seeds Hemp Hearts
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 chopped dates
1. Make dressing.
2. Place all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
3. Toss to combine.
4. Pour dressing over.
5. Stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
