2-Ingredient Hemp Muesli Bars

2-Ingredient Hemp Muesli Bars 

Our 13 Seeds Hemp Muesli contains wholefood fruits and nuts, including apricots, linseed and almonds to provide enough delicious flavours for this 2-ingredient muesli bar recipe!

Ingredients
3 cups 13 Seeds Hemp Muesli 
1 cup condensed milk

Method

Pre-heat oven to 180C. 
Grease a slice tin with butter, or line with baking paper. 
Combine the ingredients and mix well. 
Pour mixture into the tin and bake for 25 minutes or until the top of the slice turns golden. 
Remove from the oven and let sit until cooled, before cutting into the desired size – bars or bite-size snack pieces. 
Store in an airtight container for up to one week.

Green Hemp Smoothie

Super Green Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
Quantity of spinach, kale (or any green leaves) to taste
½ cup of berries of your choice
A small handful of parsley… 
Apple juice or water – enough to make the desired thickness
Method
Simply add ingredients to your blender in the order listed and process. You can be creative with your ingredients, and if your mixture is too thick, add the water or apple juice a little at a time.
