DIY Turmeric Face Mask for Radiant Skin

Ingredients:

  • 3x TheraJoint+ capsules (opened and caps discarded)
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground oats (optional, for added exfoliation)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the turmeric powder, yogurt, honey, and ground oats (if using). Mix well until you form a smooth paste.

  2. Apply the Mask: Gently apply the mask to your clean face, avoiding the eye area. You can also extend the mask to your neck and décolletage for added benefits.

  3. Let It Sit: Allow the mask to sit on your skin for about 10-15 minutes. This gives the turmeric time to work its magic.

  4. Rinse Off: Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water, using gentle circular motions to exfoliate the skin as you go. Follow with your regular skincare routine, including moisturiser.

  5. Glow On: After rinsing, you’ll notice an immediate softness and glow to your skin. Use this mask 1-2 times a week to maintain that radiant complexion.
