1. Essential Fatty Acids

Omega 3 and 6 are 2 fatty acids that help the cells fight inflammation. Tuna, walnuts, flax seeds and hemp seeds/oil are some of the examples of a good ratio of omega 3 fatty acids to omega 6.

2. Fibres in your diet

Fibre aids digestion dramatically. Our minimal effective step ensures that you get your well-deserved dose of fibre through whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

3. Protein
