Welcome to Stage 1 of our 13 Seeds Idle to Vital program. This stage is all about removing the common toxins found in our immediate environment. The 21st century is a toxic one and there are all kinds of things floating in the air. It simply is not possible to identify and remove all of them. But, this does not mean we cannot reduce some of the most common and harmful of these toxins.

We have found that alcohol, smoking, plastics, and pesticides are the 4 most common and harmful substances that we consume almost every other day. Sometimes, more than twice a day! In fact, this is precisely why they are even harder to let go of. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

The Minimum Effective Step

Once again, our commitment is to make life easy for you, not harder. So we put our effort and time finding the simplest way to obtain maximum benefit. And we did! We found the perfect ‘Minimum Effective Step’ for you.

Our idea is to:

1. Consume less than 10 standard drinks in a week
2. Reduce cigarettes 1 at a time or 1/day
3. Don’t heat food in plastics
4. Replace your most-used vegetables with their organic counterparts. 

1. Consume less than 10 standard drinks in a week

Alcohol is one of the biggest inflammatory agents we consume in our daily lives. It is also a part of our social lives and we don’t want you to have any less fun! Simply cutting it down one drink at a time and coming in the standard range is going to significantly reduce your inflammation.

2. Reduce cigarettes 1 at a time or 1/day

Cigarettes are hard to quit. While for some people going cold turkey sure helps, most people find it hard to reduce them. So with our expert vetted approach, you will be reducing cigarettes one per day. You will slowly start to see your inflammation go down too, significantly!

3. Don’t heat food in plastics 

Plastic contain BPA which when heated release it into our food. This is one big environmental toxin that is causing chronic inflammation and simply starting to heat food in glassware will help relieve pain and increase mobility. Our minimal effective step will help you achieve this seamlessly!

4. Replace your most-used vegetables with their organic counterparts.

Sure organic vegetables are a little hard to obtain and expensive than their pesticide-ridden counterparts. But, simply replacing your top 3 most common vegetables is a choice that will go down a long way in reducing the inflammation that brings you down.
