Complete Protein and Amino Acids

Hemp seeds are an all-natural complete source of protein. They have one of the highest levels of protein of any plant – almost as much protein as soybeans. In around a tablespoon of hemp seeds (30 g), there is 9.46 g of protein, making it ideal in a plant-based diet. Hemp seeds also provide all nine essential amino acids, which are the essential building blocks for proteins. This means hemp seeds are a great addition to a vegan or vegetarian diet. Fantastic in your morning smoothie!
