Turmeric Hemp Winter Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm almond milk (or water)

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp hemp seed oil

  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, warm your milk gently (do not boil).

  2. Whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.

  3. Stir in hemp seed oil and sweetener of choice.

  4. Pour into a mug and sip slowly.

Tip: Add fresh grated ginger for extra immune support!
