Mediterranean Hemp Oil Pasta Salad

A heart-healthy, refreshing meal rich in essential fatty acids.

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat or gluten-free pasta
  • Cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, and red onion
  • Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • Dressing: hemp seed oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and let cool.
  2. Toss with chopped veggies, feta, and hemp seed oil dressing.
  3. Serve chilled for a summer-ready meal.
