Love this product, I've used it instead of bread crumbs on meat or in meat balls (rissoles) also good sprinkled on cereal.
Great sprinkled on salads hot veg and added to bread.
I use these everyday on top of my steel cut oats for lunch with fresh fruit so lovely and healthy.
I’ve recently purchased a packet of these hearts and was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the product.
As I have severe rheumatoid arthritis I’m interested in the omega 3 anti inflammatory benefits that can be gained by including these in my diet.
So far I have enjoyed these hearts in salads and also baked into savoury muffins.
