Have been taking the oil tablets from my sample pack I received, now am taking the oil and feel a lot better.
I recently purchased 13seeds Hemp Oil when I ordered their trial pack of hemp seed products. I make a lot of salads and usually use either extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil in my dressings. I have been using the hemp oil now and it is gives a lovely nutty taste to the dressing. It is very light in colour (almost green ) and tastes just like the hemp hearts I use in my breakfast muesli. I am very pleased with the product and like the packaging. I will continue to purchase this product and keep it in my pantry.
I love using it with my salads but I add some balsamic vinegar with it. On its own I found it had a strong taste but loving the cold press style
