Hearty Food

Hemp Hearts are Awseome

Hemp hearts are so yummy and such a great alternative to breadcrumbs. Ive been on a low carb diet for a while now
and I find this product amazing to add to almond flour breads, fishcakes, meatballs. Not to mention they are great for
fibre content. I cant live without them now.

Just received my second order.
Cooked up some fish last night and used the Hemp Hearts as a crumb. Oh soo delicious. No more bread crumbs or flour for us.
Thanks 13 seeds. Excellent products. Also have the Hearts every morning with my fruit and yogurt. Yummy.

Hemp hearts

I just love these. I have them on yoghurt, add them as extra to my muesli, put them in my protein shakes with my hemp protein. They taste amazing. Honestly I just love all the products i get from 13 Seeds.
