After 24 hours
It may not feel like it, but after just 24 hours, your anti-inflammatory journey has already begun. This is thanks to curcumin, the active compound found in turmeric that has been shown to decrease inflammation in the body. TheraJoint+ contains black pepper (piperine) that has been shown to increase the absorption of turmeric in the blood by up to 2000% to ensure that you start to feel the benefits ASAP. So even after a day, your body will already be thanking you.
After a few days
The awesome thing about turmeric is the more consistently you take it, the sooner you will start to feel its anti-inflammatory effects. Curcumin should start to increase in the bloodstream and reduce inflammation even further. Studies have even suggested that traces of curcumin can be detected in the brain up to 96 hours after consumption when taken correctly. You may start to notice slightly less pain, less fatigue and generally feeling better.
After 4 weeks
Give yourself a pat on the back for making it this far. As the curcumin starts to build in the bloodstream, you’ll really start to feel the anti-inflammatory benefits even more, including a reduction in pain, fatigue, muscle aches, and even increased muscle recovery and performance.
After 8-12 weeks
Awesome job, you’re already 3 months in. If you suffer from arthritis, you should start to feel a reduction in symptoms. A 2016 review showed that 8-12 weeks of turmeric extract can reduce symptoms of arthritis such as joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation.
After 6 months
You’re half a year in and doing so well. The longer and more consistently you take curcumin, the better the results. If you have an inflammatory condition, you should expect to see a reduction in a variety of conditions including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, arthritis, anxiety and depression.
After 12 months
Congratulations! You’ve spent 365 days reducing your body’s inflammation. We hope that your symptoms are now more manageable, and you’re feeling more energized, happy and healthy.
